[Libya Observer] A local source from Benghazi has confirmed that the mutilated body found in al-Abyar town east of Benghazi last Sunday belongs to "Faraj Khalafallah al-Furjani".A relative of the dead man had explained that the victim was kidnapped from his home by two masked men riding a civilian car last Saturday evening.
"The men told him that they were officers of the internal security agency," the relative said.
He pointed out that the family had not received any information about his whereabouts or the reason for his abduction.
The victim's family demanded the authorities in the east to uncover the murder and prosecute the offenders.
Under the influence of gangs, the forensic report claimed that Faraj had drunk a substance that caused his death and skinned off his face.
