Beijing tests submarine-launched nukes that could OBLITERATE San Francisco from China's own waters |

[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] China has tested a new submarine-launched missile capable of obliterating San Francisco, an insider has revealed, in a massive boost to the country's 'deterrent'. The Chinese navy tested its state-of-the-art JL-3 missile in Bohai Bay in the Yellow Sea last month, sources said. The nuclear-capable missile has a 5,600 mile range, significantly longer than its predecessor the JL-2, which could strike targets 4,350 miles away. It means that Beijing can now carry out nuclear strikes on America's west coast from the security of its own territorial waters. |

#8 Means they can hit east coast population centers any time the California coast sensor grid is disrupted by off coast earthquake EMP. Hong Kong is hot, inviting military intervention. Perhaps the recent exercises against Taiwan were island attack simulations. They are testing. Was it a DPRC missile? Waiting for more impeachment confusion I suppose. |

#7 I don't know why this is a big deal. The PRC has dozens of land based missiles capable of hitting anywhere in the US west of the Mississippi. So this gives them some redundancy. So what. |

#3 Something about 'the security of it's territorial waters'. They won't be very secure if they try to launch against the US. A war with the US would mean they'd already cratered India. That should take a lot of doing. |
