| TX Governor Sending AG And Family Services To Review James Younger "Trans Kid" Case |

| h/t Red State The stunningly tragic story of little James Younger has gripped the nation recently. You’ll recall that little seven year old James’ mother is trying to "transition" him into a girl. His father has been fighting for custody to prevent that. Unfortunately he lost the battle and a judge and jury inexplicably awarded full custody of James to the mother. This happened even after a witness was prepared to testify on James’ behalf that when he is away from his mother he is a happy, normal, healthy boy who does not wish to be made a girl. She was turned away from the courtroom and denied the opportunity a mere 30 minutes before she was set to defend James. The jury still has to deliver a verdict on some other details of the case, so there is a small sliver of hope that they might put the brakes on some of the weirder stuff James’ mom is trying to do. However, after an uproar of confusion and anger over the verdict Texas Governor Greg Abbott has announced he will be sending in the Attorney-General and Protective Services to review this case. Now, to me this is important - a lot more important than Kurds (who seem to have made new & successful arrangement with Assad [Russia]), or Ukraine (who, eventually, going to mend fences with Russia - because independent Ukraine is like independent Yorkshire). A society that cannot protect its own children should not impose its mores on the rest of the World. (Also, IMO, our [Israel] bandarlogs consistently imitate yours [USA]). |

I've been saying this for a quarter century, I even said here about 10 years ago under a different nym and was promptly banned. You don't negotiate or reason with rabid animals. The Left are rabid. Seems that attitudes and opinions are starting to catch up with, and accept reality. |

| #15 Apparently this judge is as wacko as the mom. Just run the judges name through a search engine. Have a look at her. That will tell you everything you need to know. Do the same for the mother, look at her patient ratings as a clinician. With the information available, it isn't necessary to speculate on these two loons. |

| #7 There was never the equivalent of the Nuremburg trial after the end of the Cold War. I suppose that was inevitiable given that we were not an occupying power at its end. But there was never a reckoning with the evil left that backed the Communists in the West, either. We've been living with the consequences of that fact at least since Clinton was elected. |

| #6 The insanity seems to be spreading. If we survive the post-mortum on leftism will be interesting. (1) West won the cold war but didn't dance on the grave of the Communists so communism lingered on. (2) Communists began full indocrination in schools. (3) Dems decided they finally had a forever majority and over-extended in every way imaginable (except it was done with executive orders that were easily reversed). (4) Venezuela collapsed and in the USA Trump was elected and the combo crushed their fragile worlds. |

| #5 Isn't the word of a child enough for courts to decide what he/she wants, in a custody suit ? On one hand they elevate the Greta Thunbergs to leadership roles, the other they can't take a kid's word for who's the evil bitch at home ? |

| #4 Rubicon crossed. I used to think that violence and chaos was just a Panty-fa thing, confined to mental-health cases in a few college towns and deep blue cities. This latest outbreak of madness is happening in one of the most conservative of the Dallas suburbs. Not just Dallas, not just the 'burbs, but the evangelical-heavy exurb called Coppell. This suggesting that the mania has spread way beyond its blue-town boundaries and is threatening the entire country. No one is safe. We've crossed the Rubicon. Widespread violence and social chaos are much more likely than not. Heaven help us. |

| #1 The judge needs to be explaining why the witness was denied a chance to testify. This case and all the other outrages perpetrated by the crazies is why some people have decided no mercy, no prisoners once the frayed fabric of our society finally gives way. |
