Shtayyeh Invites Doctors in Israel to Work in Palestinian Hospitals
2019-10-19
Why would they want to do such a thing?
[AAWSAT] Paleostinian Prime Minister Mohammad Shtayyeh called on doctors in Israeli hospitals to work in the West Bank.

The call came after the Paleostinian Authority froze more than six months ago the transfer of Paleostinian patients from the West Bank and Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with an iron fist by Hamaswith about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response...
Strip to Israeli hospitals for medical treatment, as part of the response to Israeli financial steps against the Authority.

The PA agreed with Jordan and Egypt to transfer Paleostinian patients to hospitals there instead of Israel.
I think that was a brilliant idea — they can get inferior treatment, and Israel won’t be stuck with deadbeats who may or may not experience Sudden Jihad Syndrome while stuck on other side of the boundary.
Shtayyeh made the call during a meeting with a delegation from Physicians for Human Rights. Observers said he might be looking for medical cooperation.

The Paleostinian prime minister suggested that doctors come to Paleostinian hospitals and offer treatment to patients, instead of transferring patients to Israeli hospitals for treatment, which forces the PA to pay high sums to Israel every month.
So the PA has been treating medical bills from Israel differently than they do electrical bills from Israel?
He also accused Israeli hospitals of providing unnecessary medical services to patients, in order to increase the hospital bill, a claim denied by Israel.

The PA says Israeli hospitals charge them exorbitant prices and that the costs of treatment were exaggerated.
Get some cheap Cuban care
Israeli media said Shtayyeh wanted not only Arab, but Israeli doctors as well. But a subsequent statement from the government said the prime minister called on Paleostinian doctors inside Israeli hospitals to work in Paleostinian hospitals to strengthen the medical staff and provide it with various specializations.
As the Germans say, geh mit Gott — aber geh!
Israeli Ran Goldstein, director of Physicians for Human Rights, said Shtayyeh "did not say he was only interested in Arab doctors; he said he wanted to develop the health system. He did not specify whether he wanted Jewish or Arab doctors."

It seems that those Paleos have a thing for goats...

#3  Probably better ways to serve than falling victim in hospital to a Paleo martyrdom operation by a guy pretending to be a pregnant woman.
