Oberlin College hires high-powered D.C. lawyers to appeal Gibson's Bakery verdict

#7  Seems they have not yet actually filed an appeal, so I suspect they have not put assets in escrow. I bet the appeal includes 'we don't need to put assets in escrow.'

#6  They wouldn’t be able to file the appeal if they hadn’t made escrow.

#5  Good question P2k. If not they should put "administraors/officers" in jail till they do.

#4  Did they comply with putting assets into escrow yet?

#2  They're defending their class' privilege. Imagine how a feudal lord would feel if told to pay damages to a serf whose field was trampled by the lord's hunt.

#1  Soros's boy, Chris Canavan, is driving this mad caboose.

Oberlin has already blown many millions on lawyers and is going to spend tens of millions more. And they're going to lose yet again.

F---ing liars, claiming they're defending "free speech." They tried to ruin a good family with their disgusting lies and bullyboy tactics.
