| Chinese Grenades Recovered in Operation in Kashmir |

| [IndiaToday] Terror hideout busted near LoC in Poonch, 17 hand grenades recovered Army and police personnel launched a joint search operation in border areas of Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch district and busted a terror hideout in Khara Gali area in Poonch district. A total of 17 Chinese hand grenades were seized by authorities, said a senior police officer. The search operation was launched on specific information in Khara Gali area of Loran border belt and the terror hideout was busted. According to police, the 17 hand grenades appear to be around 3-4 months old. How they arrived at that bit of deduction is beyond me. Maybe the things had serial numbers ? |
