| Why we keep falling for hate-crime hoaxes |

| [NYPOST] Last month, 12-year-old Amari Allen appeared on television to share how she had been brutalized by racist white boys at Immanuel Christian School in Springfield, Virginia. The sixth-grader, who is black, wept as she recalled how she was pinned down during recess, had her arms pulled behind her back and had a hand placed over her mouth so she couldn’t scream. She said the boys cut off her dreadlocks, calling it "nappy." By Monday, it was revealed that, following an investigation by Fairfax County Police, the girl admitted she had made it all up. When the story first broke, left-wing politicians and activists raged. Rep. Rashida Tlaib published a personalized message on Twitter to the girl: "You see, Amari, you may not feel it now but you have a power that threatens their core. I can’t wait to watch you use it and thrive." On Twitter, some even found a way to blame the Trump administration, noting ominously that Vice President Mike Pence’s wife, Karen, teaches art part-time at the school. |

| #13 Many christian preachers will say that contrition for sins and redemption through repentance are the reason why we must feel sorry for our fathers' follies. "Out, damn'd spot ! out, I say !" Irrational guilt and self-pity though, are evil spirits. This white apology stuff probably began in some churches pastored by young Rickys fresh from seminary. Soon, an entire nation was swept up in self flagellation over some voodoo mongering plantation workers. I never believed the folly was the slavery or the apartheid or the yeehah ! lynchings. The folly was to bringing cheap labor from Africa into America to make a quicker buck than hard work was already delivering. 'the love of money is the root...' It's not a folly you have to live with though. If there was a unified christian ideal, with brotherly kindness as society's glue instead of some legalistic interpretation of vouchsafed outcomes - society could be healed again. The farther the nation gets from God, or even rudimentary christian ideals - it shall stumble blindly into legislated lunacy and suffer at the hands of those exploiting it until there's nothing left. |

| #11 All of the hoaxers have mental issues. Some of them, like Sharpton and Jizzy Smellett, also see an opportunity to advance their fortunes via hoaxing. |

| #10 People enjoy righting that which is wrong. If they can't find any wrongs to right, they have to manufacture them. Some news organizations are made up of folks who have this desire over-expressed in their makeup. Then the rest of these folks gravitate to it. Voila. |

| #7 There is plenty of hate crime going on. It's just main streamed in the Legacy Infotainment Enterprises. It's going to blow up on them. When it does, they're going to claim 1st Amendment rights. However, they'll going to feel the consequences of established international law. |

| #6 and until these hoaxes have real consequences, they will continue. perhaps if Juicy Smolyay was now serving well-deserved time in general population, the 12-year-old would have thought twice about her actions. instead everything is consequence-free. |

| #5 who is this 'we' you speak of? although Dave Chapelle specifically said that black people knew Smolyay's story was BS from the start, it was really everyone who isn't a race-baiter that knew it was BS. the leftists and media that want to use 'race-hate' as a cudgel to beat people with in order to get their way are going to fall for it every time.
