#10  Fairfax county demographics have overwhelming number of civil service employees in the adult voter roles. The chief is reflecting their political opinions and adding another unscientific proof of how deeply “woke” and leftist our government functionaries have become while enjoying lifetime employment and above average wages and benefits. Liberals have been salting the career ranks for decades.

#9  He's obviously been targeted, he might as well plan on eventually finding work elsewhere. The sooner, the better.

#7  Someone at DOJ needs to send a message to the chief -

18 U.S. Code § 2384. Seditious conspiracy

If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.

#6  Sue them. Bad publicity, esp near election, and monetary damages are the only things they understand.

#3  Sooner or later anyone aiding a criminal will be criminally charged also. Make it sooner.

#2  The Police Officer should be immediately hired by ICE and credited with previous LE years of service toward Federal Law Enforcement retirement. A nice 'sign-on' bonus should also be extended.

Send the fok'n message.

#1  Shitshow Part 109.

Does the concept of citizenship still have any value to these people? Rule of law?

Why is a senior law enforcement officer refusing to enforce the law against criminals?

What is this nonsense about pretending that illegal entry is not a criminal offense?

Do these people really not understand the language in the US Criminal Code (Title 8 U.S.C. § 1325):

Section 1325 sets forth criminal offenses relating to (1) improper entry into the United States by an alien, (2) entry into marriage for the purpose of evading immigration laws, and (3) establishing a commercial enterprise for the purpose of evading immigration laws. The Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act (IIRIRA) amended 8 U.S.C. § 1325 to provide that an alien apprehended while entering or attempting to enter the United States at a time or place other than as designated by immigration officers shall be subject to a civil penalty.
