Words become meaningless when spouted by these barking madmen. What "values" are "reflected" by the decision to eliminate urinals? What does that have to do with morals or a conception of the good society? Speaking of values in this context is like referring to a lunatic's "thesis" or "strategic rationale."
There is no logic here. There is no "value" on display. This us simple madness, reaching its baroque stage.
