Nusrat Rahimi, a front man for the Ministry of Interior said the earth-shattering kaboom targeted a civilian vehicle in Spin Boldak district on Friday evening.
Rahimi further added that a vehicle carrying civilian passengers hit the roadside kaboom at around 4:00 pm local time in Nawa area.
