Barry couldn't write briefs as a young law associate, and washed out.

Barry most likely leaned on Bill Ayres to write his books.

Barry didn't write any of his speeches as POTUS.

Barry can't write the book of memoirs he's been contracted to write.

What makes Joe think that Barry's capable of writing anything of consequence were he given a real job - let alone elevated to SCOTUS?
