2019-08-26 |
[Libya Observer] The head of the steering council of the Municipality of Tobruk, Faraj Boualkhatabi confirmed that studies at Tobruk University will resume next Tuesday, after a suspension of about 3 months. "Persistent efforts were made by the steering council head and the elders of the city to reopen the university," the city's steering council said on Facebook. An armed tribal group closed by force the HQ and faculties of the university on May 25, in objection of appointing a new dean from another tribe.
