| #4 There is the south Indian community of fiercely loyal communists with relatives working as academics, interlopers in socialist think-tanks in America that support Kamala Harris. Apart from the usual shell corporations and figurehead lobbyists funded through skewed running costs etc, there are of course rich young Indian-Americans that think with their skin and racial identity, many of them work in American media and institutions that facilitate persuading voters. The new breed of leftists in America have undue advantage in paid trolls, pro bono publicity and hero worship by everyone from reporters to fashion mags. Someone pays for all this. Businesses don't do this shit because they believe in anything. It's all profit motive or nothing at all. I'll wager that they are all fielded indirectly by third parties, communities they are originally loyal to, working through go-between entities. I just know there's been a lot of discussion about the 'need to support the Gopalan girls' among many committed leftist ideologues with deep pockets for years before she even announced for running. |

Because it is illegal for non-citizens to donate money to American politicians, not to mention that learning about it annoys undecided American voters dreadfully. We don’t like being manipulated by outsiders any more than anyone else would. |
