| #2 It most certainly is legal. They are current protected by section 230 of the CDA, they cannot pick and choose what they will allow or disallow on the basis of whim. They do not enforce their standards across the board, the left gets a pass and the Right gets censored. They are in violation of their sweetheart deal. I want them dismembered. |

| #1 Not sure the legal basis for this since I would think censorship is a form of free speech and social media are not government agencies. May be grounds against it as it relates to political speech though - such censorship could be regarded as a form of campaign contribution. This will take a while for the courts to figure out. |
