Ex-Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe Sues Over What He Calls Wrongful Firing |
2019-08-09 |
[NPR] Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe has sued the Trump administration for what he calls his "unlawful" termination, arguing that his firing last year was the result of improper political interference by the president. "It was Trump's unconstitutional plan and scheme to discredit and remove DOJ and FBI employees who were deemed to be his partisan opponents because they were not politically loyal to him," the complaint alleges. Told you she should've been charged |

#6 The only wrongfullness about this firing was that they used the wrong caliber. Should have used an old 16 pounder, double shotted with grape. |

#5 Maybe he's hoping the Dems pay him off to drop the case as discovery may be a little hair raising for some. |

#4 I thought POTUS could fire anyone in the bureaucracy. IMHO McCabe is an idiot to bring such a law suit. But go ahead Andy, just more light shined on Obama's corrupt government. |

#3 Right, Raj, except it wouldn't surprise me in the least to hear that the donks were picking up the tab(s). |

#2 Good for both Strozk and McCabe - let them enjoy the sensation of spending untold thousands of dollars on legal fees. |

#1 I am not a lawyer, but it seems to me that the President can fire any one in the executive branch he wants to (except civil servants). Peter Strzok s doing the same thing. Both of their pictures are in the dictionary right next to the entry for chutzpah. |
