UN: Number of Palestinian children killed by Israel in 2018 highest in 4 years |
2019-07-29 |
[IsarelTimes] Secretary General Guterres urges Jerusalem to end excessive use of force, calls on Paleostinian groups to stop encouraging kids to participate in violence. A UN report released Friday said that in 2018 Israel killed 56 Paleostinian children ‐ the largest number since Israel and Hamas, a contraction of the Arabic words for "frothing at the mouth", fought a war in the Gazoo ...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with an iron fist by Hamaswith about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppressionand disproportionate response... Strip in 2014. |

#3 Number of Palestinian children killed by Israel in 2018 highest in 4 years disclaimer: Despite some half-hearted googling, including searching the UN website itself, I can't find this report. But I can't help wondering... 56 is a lot. If you piled them up in the living room, it'd be quite a heap. But what sort of change is that? Was it 55 last year? Given that children come as discrete units, that's only about a 2% change - essentially noise. Is there a trend up or down? Even if the trend is flat, a growing number of paleos being killed at the same rate means more deaders, so pardon me if I save my outrage for something important. Apologies to any journalists in the office for getting all mathy. |

#2 Thrown Rock is one of mankind's earliest weapons. I feel no pity when someone brings a "thrown rock to a gunfight" and suffers the consequences. |
