| #1 ....The Saudis have had Chinese IRBMs in service for more than three decades, and with the tacit approval of the U.S.. This isn't a surprise to anyone who's been paying attention, but we sure as heck don't like discussing it. During my tour in Saudi Arabia in 1995, I mentioned it during a conversation with my leadership, and was taken aside and told not to ever THINK about it again. Mike |
