London mayor says protesters can fly Trump baby during his state visit |

According to The Times, Khan signed off on the protesters’ request to fly the balloon over the city’s Parliament Square earlier on Friday. The balloon will reportedly fly Tuesday, a day after Trump is scheduled to arrive in London for his three-day visit. Protesters are now reportedly waiting for permission to fly the balloon from the Metropolitan Police. The Stop Trump Coalition, which is organizing the effort, is also reportedly waiting until it hits its £30,000 ($37,914) fundraising goal before flying the balloon. Anna Vickerstaff, one of the organizers, told The Times that the money is supposed to go toward organizations "pushing back against the politics of hate and division." #2 It's a good thing that President Trump is a mature individual, and unlike the dems and other petty bastards doesn't hold grudges or overreact to people whining against him. Post-Brexit (if it ever happens) they will be ready to kiss his feet. |

#1 Only one such air base and sacrifice 'flying' over the UK some 75 years ago: The 303rd Bomb Group (Heavy) flew a total of 364 missions from RAF Molesworth, comprising 10,271 sorties. The bombers shot down a confirmed 378 aircraft with 104 additional aircraft as probables. 817 men from the 303rd were killed in action and 754 become prisioners of war. After the war, the 303rd Bomb Group (Heavy) departed Molesworth for the United States via North Africa. RAF Molesworth and the 303rd Bombardment Group (Heavy). |
