| #1 Carrier groups cost a lot to protect water ways from Chinese expansionism Tarriffs on them are the best way to fund this. Do to relative land values in the countries I'd guess a certain tariff in the region of at least 15% is valid. adding 10% to pay for protecting shipping seems reasonable. |
