Baghdadi also talks about Sudan and al-Bashir. Al-Baghdadi has officially accepted the bid of Sri Lanka fighters. This basically means that NTJ = IS franchise in Sri Lanka. Baghdadi also accepted the pledge of Mali franchise. Some parts of the video are missing and instead there is only audio, indicating that they may have been added later.
