The United States will also sanction two additional companies that transport Venezuelan crude to Cuba, Pence said in a speech in Houston. |

| #1 Venezuela, under Hugo Chavez, should not have expropriated U.S. oil companies back in 2007. Chavez ruined their oil industry. Cuba is still dealing with the blowback of appropriating American industry in Cuba after Castro came to power. The Communist model doesn't work. |
