According to a statement released by 201st Silab Corps, at least five forces of Evil were killed during the airstrikes which were carried out with the help of A-29 light attack aircraft.
The 201st Silab Corps in a separate statement said Afghan Air Force MD-530s carried out similar airstrikes in Ela Sai district of Kapisa province leaving two forces of Evil dead.
The statement also added that one of the local commanders of the group identified as Sher Agha was among those killed.
The anti-government armed forces of Evil including Taliban have not commented regarding the airstrikes so far.

The 201st Silab Corps of the Afghan Military in a statement said the two Talibs were arrested in Tagab district.
The statement further added that the Afghan armed forces arrested the two suspects as they were attempting to carry out terrorist attacks during the Afghan new year.

Talibs and other bully boy groups often use Improvised Explosive Device as the weapon of their choice to target the security forces but in majority of such attacks ordinary civilians are targeted while Talibs also sustain casualties in some incidents involving premature kabooms.
