US paratroopers alleged conduct overnight operation to bust ISIS sleeper cell in eastern Syria

(ISIS/ISIS/IS/ISIS) terror organization in eastern Syria on Sunday evening, local rustics reported via social media on Monday.

According to the reports, U.S. paratroopers landed in the Shaytat area
...where the anti-ISIS Arab Shaytat tribe lives (and fights)...
of the Deir Ezzor Governorate, where they later raided a suspected Islamic State sleeper cell.

The reports said the U.S. paratroopers were transported to the Shaytat area by three army helicopters.

This is not the first time that locals have reported U.S. special operations taking place at night; however since the Islamic State lost al-Raqqa, these types of operations have become more prevalent.
