2019-03-14 |
![]() Michael L. Fouch, 32, broke into his ex-girlfriend’s home in Grants Pass early Monday, police told Oregon Live. The 31-year-old woman called police after Fouch arrived, and was on the phone with them when Fouch reportedly forced himself into her bedroom, where she had hidden with her child. She fired a shot shortly after. When paramedics arrived, they saw Fouch maimed in the driveway. They took him to a hospital and treated him for his injuries before police booked him into the Josephine County Jail on suspicion of fourth-degree assault and menacing, officials said. Fouch reportedly threatened his ex prior to breaking into her home. Police did not file any charges against the woman. A spokesperson from the Josephine County Sheriff’s Office was not immediately available for comment. "I can say no more!" |

#9 Sigh, if only she had used a shotgun and took off his testicles , cracked his pubic bone , and called him a bad name. Of course the police these day might have fined her for the microaggression of name calling. |

#4 Police did not file any charges against the woman. Little surprising considering this is Oregon. Must not be near P'land. |

#3 Fouch's only comment was "ouch"...and sonofabitch that hurts. Probably won't have to worry about using his ahem, manhood anytime soon. |
