The National Directorate of Security ...the Afghan national intel agency... in a statement said the operation was conducted against the compound of Taliban group leader Qari Janat Gul alias Shaheen in the vicinity of Mulayan Village which is located along Pul-e-Khumri and Samangan highway. The statement further added that two members of the group were killed during the operation and a large quantity of weapons and munitions were confiscated.
