The provincial government media office in a statement said Sunday that the shadow district chief of Taliban for Lalpur district Sher Zaman was killed during a raid of the NDS Special Forces on Saturday night.

The statement further added that another comrade of Sher Zaman was also killed during the operation and two others were placed in durance vile

The NDS Special Forces also confiscated some weapons, munitions, and drugs during the operation, the provincial government said in its statement.

The anti-government armed forces of Evil including Taliban have not commented regarding the report so far.
