| #1 Thank you Commish and hearing judge for spouting off your condemnations before the defendant has gone to trial. Technically the lynching of Smolette took place today! All he had to do was keep his mouth shut which he did while you just gave his lawyers every thing they need to show an appeals court tremendous bias to keep him scott free! The only thing not at a total loss is the FBI letter sending investigation, which may end up lacking sufficient evidence. The dude is gonna walk! |
