#4 I missed this one before I posted my link to Austin Bay's quick note on the same subject, otherwise I'd have put it in the comments here, kept everything consolidated/aggregated. Perhaps Vlad should be reminded of the Monroe Doctrine. Perhaps everyone who thinks they're Fighting The Russians by supporting The Bureaucrats vs. Donald Trump need to be told there's a place they can go to fight _actual_ Russians, right in South America. And to take the Bureaucrats with them. |

#1 The contractors are associated with the so-called Wagner group whose members — mostly former service personnel — fought in support of Russian forces in Syria and Ukraine, according to Reuters. Syria -- Back on Feb. 7, 2018, it didn't turn out so well for some of them. |
