#17 I had a long talk once with a hopefully ex-cannibal chief from New Guinea. He explained that civilized man didn't taste good at all. All that coffee, tea, cigs, etc.. ruined the flavor of the meat! Posted by 3dc That thought never, never crossed my mind. |

#7 Look at all the drainage and waste processing systems for newer National Cemeteries. The EPA documents required for them explain quite well why composting humans is a bad bad idea. The scariest issue was unknown nuclear assist devices like French nuclear pacemakers. The most common danger was embalming fluids and heavy metals. |

#1 Soylent Green? Kuru? Getting human remains, dying of disease or not, anywhere near human water/foodstuffs seems ... unwise. Cremate and sprinkle the ashes if you are so inclined. |
