| I read somewhere that historically between a quarter and half of the Jews in a given community converted to the majority religion in every generation since the fall of the Second Temple in 76 AD. The surprise is only that more people have not yet discovered they have some fraction of Jewish ancestry. If she is not actively a member of the Jewish community at least, or converted to Judaism at most, it matters no more than having a few ancestors from any other ethnic or racial group of humanity. |
