"A force from Nineveh police caught two Islamic State members in al-Amel district in Mosul’s eastern side," Baghdad Today website quoted the ministry’s front man Maj. Gen. Saad Maan as saying.

He added that the pair were members of Islamic State’s top security agency, known as Amniya.
...which was headed by former Saddam Hussein intelligence offcer and ISIS Number 2 Ayad al-Jumaili, alias Abu Yahya, the war minister, until he died suddenly in an Iraq air strike last year.
