[An Nahar]  Honduras has the world's highest murder rate per capita. El Salvador is second. Maybe it's vice versa this year. Not surprisingly, Guatamala and Venezuela aren't far behind them in terms of lethality. I wonder if that's due to global warming, too? Anyone? Bueller? Occam? |
