Speaking to Almaalomah website, the source said "troops of al-Hashd al-Shaabi (Popular Mobilization Forces) managed, today, to repulse an attack by Islamic State members, carried out in the desert of Udhaim region, northeast of Diyala." The troops, according to the source, "killed two snuffies and destroyed the vehicle they were on board." The source denied any security danger against the region. |
