| Salisbury poisonings: Two Russian suspects named over Novichok nerve agent attack on ex-spy and daughter |

| [Mirror] There is sufficient evidence to charge two Russians over the Salisbury poisoning of a former spy and his daughter, police and the CPS have said. The suspects have been named as Alexander Petrov and Ruslan Boshirov - although cops believe it is likely they were travelling under aliases. Today, Scotland Yard and the Crown Prosecution Service said there is enough evidence to charge the pair with offences including conspiracy to murder. Other crimes they could also be charged with include attempted murder, causing grievous bodily harm with intent and use and possession of Novichok. A European arrest warrant has been issued for them - as police have released their pictures for the first time along with evidence recovered by officers. Prime Minister Theresa May told the commons today that the two suspects are officers Russia's military intelligence agency. |
