| #2 The Wild West was calm, collected and civilzed in comparison to Chicago. The add in Detroit, LA, DC, St Louis, Milwaukee, Newark, Philly ect, ect, etc. And aside from the occasional crime of passion and lunatic what I suspect all of these have in common is drugs, gangs and arguments over territory |
