| #4 Werent there stretches of the US Interstate Highway system that were supposed to be able to serve that same purpose? Typical response in the USA would be based on region: rural areas "wow cool", democrat areas would file noise and environmental complaints. |

| #2 Probably the best highway in a 1000 KM radius. Runways are built to a much higher standard than typical roads. |
