| Syrian army recruit over 19000 youths since April 2018 |

| Damascus (Syria News) The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported, on Saturday, that the Syrian regime forces continue to recruit youths in the areas of Damascus and Rif Dimashq, to serve within the army ranks. SOHR revealed that the Syrian army has recruited more than 600 young people from several areas in the capital, Damascus, and Rif Dimashq during the last 20 days, while pointed out that over a quarter of them were taken to al-Driej barracks from Eastern Ghouta area. A number of the recruited youths were sent to the areas of service in Douma, Mesraba, and al-Marj area, where they were assembled this morning, and were transferred by buses to al-Driej area to attend training courses. |
