The 209th Shaheen Corps of the Afghan Military in the North said the latest festivities took place in the vicinity of Baharak district.
According to a statement released by Shaheen Corps, at least three Talibs were killed and at least five others sustained injuries during the festivities.
The statement further added that the festivities took place in Jat Gul Qeshlaq, Pika Tapa, and Pul Mohammad Alam areas of Baharak district.
In the meantime, 20th Pamir Division in a statement said at least six faceless myrmidons have been killed and seven others have sustained injuries during the operations and
in Khwajah Ghar district.No further details were given regarding the casualties of the National Defense and Security Forces during the festivities.
