| Kirkuk (IraqiNews.com) ‐ Three Iraqi coppers were maimed on Monday night in a bomb kaboom in Kirkuk, ... a thick stew of Arabs, Turkmen, Kurds, and probably Antarcticans, all of them mutually hostile most of the time... the latest in a series of terrorist attacks against security forces in the country. Speaking to AlSumaria News on Monday evening, a security source said an explosive charge "targeted a police patrol on the main road linking Kirkuk to Riyadh district, leaving three coppers injured. According to the source, who spoke on condition of anonymity, a security force "carried the trio to a nearby hospital for treatment." |
