Scores of ISIS terrorists litter battlefield after Syrian Army attack in Al-Sweida
2018-07-26
[ALMASDARNEWS] Scores of Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear the pols talk they're not really Moslems....
(ISIS) bad boyz were potted in northeast al-Sweida, today, after the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) carried out a retaliatory attack against the terrorist forces.

Backed by the National Defense Forces (NDF), the Syrian Arab Army stormed the Islamic State’s large pocket in northeast al-Sweida this morning after the terrorist group carried out a deadly suicide kaboom in the scenic provincial capital.

Following a series of intense battles, the Syrian Arab Army and National Defense Forces managed to liberate several areas from the Islamic State terrorists, including the town of Douma in the northeastern part of the province.

As a result of this attack, scores of Islamic State bad boyz were potted in the northeastern countryside of al-Sweida.

The Islamic State attempted to launch a counter-attack to avenge their losses in northeast al-Sweida; however, this assault would fail to yield any positive results and only ended with more losses for the terrorist forces.

ISIS has been confined to the large Badiya al-Sham region of northeast al-Sweida since they were expelled from much of the province and its neighboring areas.

The Syrian Arab Army briefly suspended their operations in northeast al-Sweida in order to concentrate on the Daraa Governorate; however, this latest terrorist attack by the group has forced them to refocus on this pocket.

Moment ISIS bomber captured alive in Swaida

[ALMASDARNEWS] Several ISIS jacket wallahs have infiltrated the southern city of Swaida this morning, sparking a series of deadly kabooms across the majority-Druze city.

The suicide kabooms were carried out while hundreds of the group’s jihadists broke through several towns and villages of the eastern countryside of the province, massacring nearly 147 civilians.

One of the suicide bombers was supposed to blew up his boom belt inside the city’s National Hospital when he was captured alive just moments before another potential carnage.

According to medical sources in the city, 147 people were killed, nearly 200 others injured in the bloody onslaught today.

Captured ISIS jihadists hanged to death in Swaida

[ALMASDARNEWS] In retaliation for more than 160 civilians killed today in a bloody massacre, the anguished people of Swaida hanged to death three ISIS jihadists who were captured alive.

Three corpses can now be seen hanging from a metal arch near the city’s National Hospital where one of them was preparing to blow up his boom belt.

Early morning, ISIS gunnies launched an onslaught on several villages located in the eastern countryside of Swaida, brutally massacring civilians.

This was done while several jacket wallahs detonated themselves in several neighborhoods of the lovely provincial capital.

Death toll from Daesh attacks in Syria's Sweida exceeds 220

[PRESSTV] A so-called monitor group says the corpse count from a spate of attacks and bombings carried out by members of the ISIS Takfiri

terrorist group in Syria’s southwestern province of Sweida has surpassed 220.

The Britannia-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said on Wednesday that three attackers set off their boom belts in Sweida city, located more than 100 kilometers southeast of the capital Damascus, as other blasts hit villages to the north and east. A fourth bomb kaboom hit the city later.

"ISIS members then stormed villages in the province's northeast and killed residents in their homes," Observatory head Rami Abdel Rahman said.

He added that kabooms and raids claimed the lives of 221 people, including 127 civilians.

The Observatory noted that the remaining 94 dead were local fighters from the pro-government popular defense groups, who had taken up arms to defend their villages against ISIS terrorists.

Abdel Rahman highlighted that the corpse count is expected to further rise as some of the maimed victims are at death's door and tens of people remain unaccounted for.

ISIS has grabbed credit for the violence in a statement, saying "soldiers of the caliphate" attacked Syrian government positions and security outposts in Sweida, then detonated their booby-trapped belts.
The Times of Israel adds:
Sweida, whose residents are mostly from the Druze minority, has been relatively insulated from the war that has ravaged the rest of the country since 2011.

"It's the bloodiest death toll in Sweida province since the start of the war" and one of the deadliest ever IS attacks in Syria, the Observatory chief said.
