Manafort judge deals blow to Mueller probe |
2018-07-24 |
Mueller’s team wanted the identities of their witnesses to remain confidential, saying in a filing last week that they haven’t been criminally charged and not naming them would avoid "undue harassment." But Judge T.S. Ellis, a Ronald Reagan appointee, said they would be identified. He also ordered Mueller’s office to provide a list of about 30 witnesses to Manafort’s lawyers. |

#5 I can't believe that this motion was seriously made in the USA. Anonymous accusers who will pay no penalty for whatever they say? Good for the judge in requiring them to be identified--and if they are accusing him, shouldn't they have to testify in open court like everyone else? |

#2 Immunized and Anonymous isn't what Justice is - it's a Star Chamber/Kangaroo Court, asshole. Is there any bigger sign this is a political hit job by Mueller? |

#1 No, the Christopher Steele clandestine variety witnesses and witness statements really won't do this time Robert. |
