| Arab coalition in Yemen destroys Houthi rocket-launching pad in Sadaa |

| [ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] The Arab coalition backing the Yemeni legitimate government carried out a series of air strikes early Thursday, destroying a Houthi ...a Zaidi Shia insurgent group operating in Yemen. They have also been referred to as the Believing Youth. Hussein Badreddin al-Houthi is said to be the spiritual leader of the group and most of the military leaders are his relatives. The Yemeni government has accused the Houthis of having ties to the Iranian government, which wouldn't suprise most of us. The group has managed to gain control over all of Saada Governorate and parts of Amran, Al Jawf and Hajjah Governorates. Its slogan is God is Great, Death to America™, Death to Israel, a curse on the Jews... ballistic rocket-launching pad in Sahar directorate in Saada. The coalition surveillance system took pictures of the pad before targeting it. Recently, the coalition forces said it destroyed an integrated military communication system for the Houthi militias located on Mashtab, Maran, Razeh, al-Maglag and the al-Noua’a mountains, stressing that it won’t let a terrorist organization acquire advanced technology. The coalition added that the "camouflage and military countermeasures" confirm that the targeted site in the last raid was a military position. |
