| #2 Does anyone know if this regulation is a "fossil regulation" left over from the beginning of the Space Race? The Launch Authority wanting total control of the electromagnetic spectrum at the Cape would be a reasonable demand in the 50's, 60's and 70's. The signal necessary to push a TV signal in those days... *BRRR!* Who knows what sort of sideband interference that could have happened? |
