[DailyMail] - Robert Laurino says his office couldn't prove the crew members charged in the incident intended to commit a criminal act
- The creators of the CNBC reality show 'Staten Island Hustle' say the crew was shooting an episode at Newark Liberty International Airport on Jan. 18
- The Transportation Security Administration says parts of a gadget carried through the airport were 'indicators of an improvised explosive device'
- According to court documents, the crew placed a motor, wires and PVC pipes inside a roller bag which were of a vacuum cleaner
