The OneWeb 900 sat constellation is being deployed mostly on Soyuz rockets

[Forum.nasaspaceflight]
There are 3 massive sat networks that will soon be launched. The biggest is SpaceX's Starlink, next is OneWeb's and last is a Chinese one. Boeing has a large network in development but not much has appeared, in public, about its launchers or launch time frame. It seems that OneWeb is launching most of theirs on Russian rockets.
Russian rockets and Dmitry Rogozin are intertwined. Rogozin became one of the first seven people who were put under executive sanctions by US President Barack Obama. Wikipedia on Rogozin It would be kind of hard to do this big a deal without Sergey Chemezov being involved too.

One Web Constellation

We want to thank Softbank, Qualcomm, Grupo Salinas and our tireless, hyper-dedicated, mission driven team for helping to make this vision a reality Our initial investing partners—including Airbus, Bharti, Coca-Cola, Hughes, Intelsat, MDA, and Virgin—have been incredibly supportive during the process, thank you for believing.

So are we to assume the named companies support the Russians over American firms? The SpaceX network will be going up on Falcon 9, Falcon Heavy and later BFR, all made and launched in the USA rockets!

That was getting the predictable whining in the comments on all the kneejerk lefty tech sites today.
