| Appeals court: Trump exceeded authority with travel ban | |

| [Ynet] HONOLULU -- A federal appeals court panel has ruled that US President Donald Trump ...New York real estate developer, described by Dems as illiterate, racist, misogynistic, and what ever other unpleasant descriptions they can think of, elected by the rest of us as 45th President of the United States... once again exceeded the scope of his authority with his latest travel ban, but the judges on the 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals put their decision on hold pending review by the US Supreme Court, meaning the ban involving six majority Moslem countries will remain in effect.
Hawaii, which is suing to stop the ban, has argued that it will be harmful because families will be separated and university recruitment will be hampered. | |

| #6 Need to split up the 9th and make it two circuits instead. Leave just California for the 9th. They deserve each other. |

| #4 7-2 overturn by the Supremes on their last decision on this granting an injunction - because of the high probability that the US Government would prevail. Need to re-pack the 9th. |

| #3 whatsoever that simply being from one of the countries cited in the ban makes someone a security risk My reading of the law indicates this quibble has nothing whatsoever to do with the authority given to POTUS to ban certain nationalities from visiting or immigrating to this country. He has the legal right to do that, regardless of his state or unstated rationale or what he happened to say before the election. Not that this matters to a black robed dictator. |

| #1 WTF is wrong with these 9th circus judges. Does the Supreme Court need to suggest to the justice dept to consider impeachment of some judges? |
