Pakistan Air Force chief orders U.S. drones to be shot down if they enter the country's airspace
2017-12-08
Shooting is easy. Hitting is a bit harder...
[DailyMail]
  • The Pakistan Air Force said it will shoot down any drone in its airspace including those of the United States

  • Announcement comes weeks after a US drone strike targeted a terrorist compound in the country’s tribal region near the Afghan border

  • Previous aerial attacks attracted warnings and condemnation

  • However this is the first time Pakistan has threatened to shoot down drones

#2  After we laugh, consider exactly how any US forces can be supplied in Afghanistan. How any airplane flies there. If we should need to do a Saigon-style evacuation where would it go.
Then it gets less and less amusing.

#1  Do we have drones with an air-to-air loadout? I see the possibility for some serious entertainment.
