[PhilStar] An Abu Sayyaf bomb expert has been arrested in Isabela City, Basilan, officials said yesterday.Rahim Abdul, alias Aman Kabalu, was captured by a joint military and police team in Barangay Kaumpurnah on Tuesday afternoon. Abdul had a P1.3-million bounty on his head at the time of his arrest, according to a military spokesman.
A fragmentation grenade was seized from the suspect, the arresting team said.
