Tech note: Current commercially made suppressors are made out of Inconel, just like the turbine blades of a jet engine. Or at least Ruger does. |

| #9 Probably would have been less deaths with a silencer. Bullet velocity and range would have been reduced, back pressure might have interfered with auto-firing physics, and the thing might have disintegrated under the excess stress, and sent splinters into the shooter's eyes, ending the assault early. |
