Noor Ahmed, who illegally crossed into Pakistain from Afghanistan, was arrested in Chaman a few days ago.
Police claimed that the suspect during interrogation had confessed to his involvement in several kabooms, including the attack near government girls college and railway road.
The suspect, who is an Afghan national, had returned to Afghanistan after the attacks. He re-entered Chaman recently and was captured, said a bigwig.
"I was receiving Rs100,000 per attack from Afghanistan, out of which I paid Rs50,000 to the man who would execute the plan," the official said quoting Ahmed.
